Hosted by the Healthcare for the Homeless - Houston CHANGE Committee.
At Healthcare for the Homeless – Houston, our Community Advisory Board, known as the CHANGE Committee, gives patients and community members a meaningful voice in shaping the services and care we provide.
Through ongoing feedback and collaboration, the committee helps HHH better understand the strengths, challenges, and evolving needs of the community to ensure our programs remain responsive, compassionate, and rooted in health, hope, and dignity.
