A one-day convening bringing together healthcare professionals, social workers, outreach teams, housing and community organizations, advocates, academics, public sector leaders, across Houston and beyond.
Through conversations, panels, and collaborative sessions, attendees will explore how healthcare, housing, and community systems can work together to create stronger pathways toward health, stability, and opportunity.
Whether you work in care, advocacy, research, operations, policy, or community engagement, the Summit offers space to connect, and share ideas for building healthier, more connected communities together.

Kicking off the Summit, leaders in healthcare, housing, and innovation will explore how collaboration across sectors can strengthen systems of care and improve outcomes for those facing the greatest barriers to health and stability.

Carlie Brown leads HHH and brings more than 18years of experience in healthcare administration, community health, and organizational leadership. She
holds a MPH from The University of Texas and a MHA from Texas Woman’s University. Carlie oversees
organizational strategy, operations, financial stewardship, and community partnerships.

PANELIST
Dr. Gilotra began his medical career 17 years ago, dedicating most of this time tirelessly working to create a more equitable and accessible healthcare system for the most vulnerable individuals.Dr. Gilotra has worked within communities experiencing the most extremes of poverty, homelessness, and hunger, internationally and domestically. In addition to earning his Doctor of Medicine from Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia and his Masters in Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, Dr. Gilotra has founded and supported many community-based volunteer organizations focused on underserved populations, such as the unhoused.
Since 2014, he has directed medical care and service provision to those affected by homelessness in San Jose, CA, and Philadelphia, PA. In each of these cities, this included street medicine outreach, and most notably, navigated the team in Santa Clara County through the COVID-19 pandemic, expanding street medicine from 1 day per week to 5 full days per week.

Anne leads innovative policy development to advance opportunity and justice.She is an experienced nonprofit and public sector leader who previously held leadership positions at Project GRAD Houston, Houston ISD, and the Houston Food Bank, where she built innovative programs to expand community opportunities.
A former teacher, Sung is passionate about developing future leaders. She co-founded the Harvard-MIT Math Tournament and was a founding board member of New Leaders Council - Houston.
She is an American Leadership Forum Senior Fellow and holds a B.A. and a M.A. in physics and a Master in Public Policy from Harvard University. She and her husband live in Houston and are proud parents of a wonderful child.

Kelly Young is the president and CEO of CFTH and has been with the organization since January 2024. Kelly helps guide CFTH’s overall mission and provides strategic leadership to manage the organization and navigate stakeholder relationships.Previously, Kelly served as CEO for Career and Recovery Resources where she helped break barriers for people experiencing substance abuse, underemployment, and housing instability.
With over 20 years of leadership, change management, and organizational and program design experience, Kelly’s career has centered on building programs and leading organizations that serve vulnerable populations experiencing difficult social and health concerns.
Originally from Oregon, Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Portland State University and a master’s degree in Managerial Sciences from Amberton University.
