  • Our clinic hours are Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. All clinics are closed for lunch from 12:00 - 1:00 pm each day.

    If you need to speak to a healthcare provider after clinic hours, please call 713-286-6000. This service is available on weekdays 5:00 pm - 8:00 am and on weekends. If you are experiencing a crisis or medical emergency, please call 9-1-1.

  • In keeping with provisions of the Texas Health and Safety Code, anyone, including employees, volunteers or any individual affiliated with Healthcare for the Homeless - Houston, who reasonably believes that the physical or mental health of a consumer or patient of HHH is or will be adversely affected by abuse or neglect, or if they are being attended to by a clinical professional in an unethical, unprofessional or illegal manner, should promptly report this information to:

    A hospital, mental health facility or treatment facility may not suspend or terminate the employment of, discipline, or otherwise discriminate against an employee for reporting any violation of a law or rule adopted by the Texas Board of Health to the employee's supervisor, an administrator of the facility, a state regulatory agency or law enforcement agency. Any such facilities may also not retaliate against a person who is not an employee for reporting a violation. If you feel you have been retaliated against because of making a report, please call the Healthcare for the Homeless - Houston Operations Manager at 713-286-6113.
